Our founder, Stephen Fotia, has been involved in the construction industry since the late 1990s and brings a wealth of experience to every project.
Stephen is a Registered Building Surveyor (Unlimited) and licensed Building Practitioner with more than 15 years of experience in building surveying and construction. Having started his career on the tools as a bricklayer, he developed a passion for architecturally designed residential and retail developments, which led him to specialise in building regulation and compliance.
Over his career Stephen has worked on hundreds of projects across residential, multi‑unit, commercial and education sectors. He is committed to providing clear, concise advice that helps his clients achieve compliant designs without compromising their vision. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Building Surveying and is a member of the Australian Institute of Building Surveyors.
